Do I need Cloudlink ???

Hi

I have access to myQNAPcloud and when I check settings it has UPNP updated my Router and works I can get to QTS via myQNAPCloud and also apps do I need cloudlink installed on my NAS too or do I only need that if the system cannot UPNP update by NAS forwarding ???
