[Solved] Autorouter configuration fails after 4.3.3.0154 firmware update

Post by utteli »

Current 4.3.3.0154 firmware version seems to have some issues with autoroutes configuration. Before firmware update everything works fine but now there is all the time status error and when i try to Apply to router once again there is still error but it is not always on same service, randomly some works and some not.

Is this known issue and if so, when do we get new firmware version where this is fixed..?

QNAP has added an interesting functionality for using alternate ports if the QTS ports configured are already in use on the UPnP PMP router.

Are the ARC issues reflected when using the [Diagnostics] functionality?

Please provide more details about the UPnP PMP capable router make, model, and firmware for future reference.

If the issue remains with the current 4.3.3.0188, please also get in touch with the QNAP Customer Service by the Helpdesk app or on https://helpdesk.qnap.com/

Got it working, first disable auto routing and then enable it again and after that it's working fine.
