Survallance Station - All ports closed

I'd like to use Survallance Station with All ports closed on my router.

I don't want UPNP to open any ports. I'd like to use the myQNAPcloud to be used however I can't seem to get this to work. I can get the cameras to work on my network but not remotely on the phone app.

If anyone has gotten this to work can you tell me what domain pattern you used?

for example:

"acmenas.myQNAPcloud.com"

I want to use the myqnapcloud service to view my cameras without having to punch a hole in my firewall.

QMobile doesn't have the signin with QID option. When I try using the myqunapcloud.com domain name it doesnt' work.

Unless i' very wrong, Surveillance Station does not support Cloud Link access - only direct access on the LAN or on the WAN IP address with port forwardings in place.

Yeah, i raised a ticket about this before - would really like to see it support Cloudlink, which it currently does not.
