access via internet not working after changing router

Router: Dlink DIR615

Since we changed our router, we can't access our files from out of office.

this link http://biome.myqnapcloud.com:8080, isn't working.

Could someone please help us?

one small detail: auto configuration test doesnt work on the qnap interface.

dont post you qnap cloud details to a public forum

my guess is the qnap had a fixed Ip that is now outside the dhcp range ...use qfinder to change ip (or set to dhcp) or issue a 3 sec reset, to revert to dhcp
