Hi!
I couldn't find any solution for my problem nowhere... even google didn't know the answer.
I can connect to my QNAP outside lan network using Qmanager or Qfile installed on my mobile only using CloudLink connection method. It doesn't work when I choose different method (myQNAPcloud or WAN IP).
I can't connect also via my laptop using all kind of web browsers and smart link (qlink.to/XXX).
On myQNAPcloud account I got information that QloudLink service isn't installed or doesn't work properly.
My devices:
- router/ modem FRITZBOX 6840 LTE
- NAS TS-453A (with newest firmware and every app is updated)
Cloudlink is installed. Ports are forwarded and UPNP is enabled.
Maybe there is a way to connect to the NAS via a web browser using the same CloudLink link configuration as Qmanager or Qfile? When I reeboot the QNAP remotely (using Qmanager) everything is ok for a while and I can connect via qlink.to/XXX, but after a couple of hours i loose a connection ability.
Thanks for your help in advance.
