After Reinitializing NAS unable to download SSL

Hello All,

So I have a Qnap TS-253A, I recently had some system issues and after contacting support I was told its best to backup my data and reinitialize my NAS. I did that, but now I am unable to download and install the SSL certificate that I was using before, i keep getting the error in red "unable to download certificate".
Anyone has any ideas?

Hello,

same issue here. I have a Qnap TS-853A.

Need a solution too, if possible asap.

Sent support an email on Firday, and till today no answer. Their products are very good but their service is simply "sorry for the word" but crap!

Hi Guys. I have encountered the same problem for my new TS-653B and came here to check out possible solutions to the problem you have described.
