File Sharing from File Station E-mail links not clickable, customize

Hi I want to use the "File sharing with E-Mail", the file link in generated NAS-Email is not clickable (has no a-tag) in Thunderbird 52.9 (only when sent with local server).
Only one time it had a link.
I've updated to newest OS version 4.3.4.0644 on TS-269L just yesterday (2018/07/17) but no luck.

Can I force it in some settings (where)?

Can I customize the download screen with my company logo, too?
