Hello

I sent a link to a friend who wants to send me some files and folders, he's able to send the files but can't upload the folders

Please tell me this isn't another qwerk and lacking feature of the qnap but just a setting I have missed

anyone?

its a TS431p, RAID 5, QTS 4.3.4.0675

You have to use the permissions sharing feature and give your friend and account with file station access. Share file links are very limited in their functionality.
