Web Connectivity

Hello,

From yesterday, after the ISP technician came to my apartment to to upgrade the line to the fiber optic, I'm not able anymore to connect in remote to my NAS. On CloudLink app the web connectivity appears unavailable while the Auto Router Configuration appears fine. I tried to restart both NAS and router but nothing changed.

Any idea about how to fix this issue?

still get a public ipv4 or on carrier grade nat ?
