CloudLink not work frequently

I experienced CloudLink NOT WORK issues. I noticed that this happens very frequently if I have the NAS IP reserved as static IP at the Router (via NAS MAC address) . I had tested this and it seems proved this. After I removed the IP reservation for NAS, this may happen very rear, say 1 or 2 times fortnightly. any suggestions?

below this is error message:

"CloudLink [myQNAPcloud] CloudLink service for mobile and PC applications is unavailable. You cannot use CloudLink to access your QNAP device. Error code: 3. Ensure that the NAS is connected to the internet and that the UDP traffic is not blocked. "

I'm getting this error as well.

Does anyone have an idea on this?
