Hello I'm trying to reproduce a video file from myQNAPcloud but everytime it shows a red message that says the file format is not compatible for online play or it doesn't exist... I think the format it's not the problem because I tried even with .avi and says the same.
Please I need help with this issue because the main purpose of my NAS is to have access to my videos from far away by internet.
