myqnapcloud doesnt work, upnp is running

ts-253a is my device
firmware:436. 08 05



connecting via phone,macbook

upnp port forward is running

i do have a qvpn running on the macbook and i sense that inteferes as when i disconnect from that and rescan the service shows as ok

any advise
