why is my xxx.myqnapcloud.com not in DNS servers

I am wondering why my xxx.myqnapcloud.com is not found in the DNS registry?
Doesn't the www.qnapcloud.com updates the DNS registry in the internet?
Now, my website cannot be accessed via the DDNS name.
Anyone knows the reason why?

i have been in contact with support - and yesterday there was a issues with the dns servers running myqnapcloud.com
This morning (CET timezone) it was fixed.
But now the problem seems to be back.
I have reopend my support ticket with them regarding the issue
