SSL certificate can't be installed

I have purchased an SSL licence extension.

But when I click on the SSL link I'm myqnapcloud the button to download and installed is covered by a 'loading data' notification and then it switches to the previous version telling me that my licence is about to expire

Any suggestions?

tried a different browser?
cleared cache ?
