The IP in myqnapcloud DDNS service is not correct

I use 453Bmini with QTS 4.3.6 , I started DDNS service, but obviously the IP it shows is not the same as my router shows, my router shows 101.240.x.x , but in DDNS it shows 219.151.x.x , I tried and found the 101.240.x.x is correct. when I try to modify the IP in DDNS, it come up with a warning that the IP is not correct.

so how can I make myqnapcloud DDNS service to get the correct IP?

could you be dealing with CGN?

if so .. not much you can do .. besides changing isp

Alright, maybe CGN, because I tried many IP test websites, and the results are all diffrent...
