Help with Cloudlink not installed TS231P

I was checking my cloud service so I can access from the web but there is something wrong.

CloudLink says it is not installed or not configured properly.

I also get this when I try to use my mobile and the web.

I went to install it and it says it failed and if I wanted to to use it I would have to uninstall QPKG.

I can't seem to see where this is done.

Any directions please?
