Web server not available to external internet

Hi all,

I have my qnap server connected with myqnapcloud.

I use xxxxx.myqnapcloud.com everywhere to access portal and services.

I recently noticed that I can access web server in my local lan without any problems but I cant access it from outside my lan, on the internet.

so in my lan xxx.myqnapcloud.com/jira works

in the internet, different ip, xxx.myqnapcloud.com/jira doesn't work.

Why is this happening? Is it a private settings somewhere.
