QNAP NAS Community Forum

I got this error -11 while trying to connect to myQNAPcloud service

And I need to be connected event to post a support ticket so impossible to get any assistance...

You don't need to connect to myQNAPcloud to have a Qnap ID and create a ticket. I opened a support case today and I haven't enabled myQNAPcloud.
