Failed to update DDNS "myQNAPcloud".

Hi,

In my TS231 P with all latest updates.

I do have a static IP to the net.

Got emails say..

Severity: Warning
Date/Time: 2019/09/25 09:44:45

App Name: Network & Virtual Switch
Category: Infrastructure
Message: [Network & Virtual Switch] Failed to update DDNS "myQNAPcloud".

Guess is because i can't get to the internet.

Inside The Win 10 x64 manager

In myQNAPCloud screen I get.. Internet Connection Error please try again later
Router Connectivity Test and Cloudlink Status have red crosses. All others have green tick.

Tried from mobile phone to myQNAPCLoud and id didn't go and also Cloudlink failed to connect.

Any help what may be happening please?

Just checked Network and Virtual Switch and it says 'Use static address which is correct and so is Gateway IP.

DNS says 'Use following' 8.8.8.8. 4.4.4.4.

Can access QNAP fron other PCs on LAN but not from Inet.

It did work before but now stopped.
