TS-451 No UpnP Router found on the network

Hi

My router suport Upnp and enable Upnp already, however myqnapcloud failure to online due to no Upnp router found.
My diagnostics details are showed as below.

FWIW , I am having the same issue now, not sure if it was due to a firmware update or power outage . Both happened before I last checked . However my Router has been playing fine with the uPNP for some time until it just suddenly stopped

I opened a ticket with QNAP , I suspect there is a bug with the application . I am trying to figure out how to re-install the 'Myqnapcloud' application which handles the UPNP

Model is TS-253A
FW: 4.3.6.1050
