SSL Cert for qApache / Nextcloud

Hi,

I have activated the myQNAP service and LetsEncrypt module. All works super fine, expect:

QApache / Nextcloud seems to use another SSL cert. Does anybody have an idea to make QApache / Nextcloud use the LetsEncrypt cert?
