Just setup myqnapcloud service. I am unable to reach my qnap using DDNS.
On the overview page under "Auto Router Configuration" there is a green check beside "status" and a red X beside "Web Connectivity."
Under "Internet Address" there is a green check beside status, and an amber exclamation "not installed" beside ssl certificate.

I can access it if I go to www.myqnapcloud.com and login.
