Setup Links are in Chinese

I seem to be getting redirected to pages that are in Chinese. Can't find the support phone number either. Every time I try to follow that I end up on a chinese (I think) page.
your browser set to chinese ?
find out the dhcp address (or use qfinder) then go through the setup process via browser
