QNAP NAS Community Forum

When attempting to view a video file like an mpg I receive an error "Preview not supported". This is troublesome to the folks wanting to watch a video via myQNAPcloud Service and are forced to download a large file.

What other options or work-arounds are available?

I wouldn't expose any qnap apps to the wild wild web right now..too many hacked qnap devices (past and present)
