Qsync Team Folder Setting

I have created a team folder for others to use on projects.
The idea is that sub folders will be used, according to project references in our PLM software, so we can share the drawings, etc with clients/suppliers.

But, where do I change the settings of the team folder?

It seems I can share a folder using Qsync, easily enough, but the Teams folder, and all other folders container there, I don't have permission to create a share link, although I own the folder.

Maybe I've missed a setting to check?
