Puzzling Qnapcloud access problem

I have 2 units, 1 is remote, 1 is local. Both are registered on my qnapcloud and are seen on the home screen

If I click on the remote systems link in the Device Name column on the Myqnapcloud homepage, I can see the remote device perfectly fine.

If though, I click on the "qlink" on the right side of the homepage where it says "Connection method", I get to what appears to be the devices actual login screen, but it denies me access every time, saying my password is incorrect. I know the admin password is correct.

baffled..... Anyone have any ideas?
