Remote access to shared folders as a network drive?

Hello,
two introduction sentences. I am new to NAS and I have read / watched dozens of possibilities, but I could not solve the topic. Hence, I count on help for experts :]
Firmware version: 4.4.1.1146
Server model: QNAP TS-453Be
I am interested in giving my family (outside my network) access to folders as a network drive. One with reading only, and the other with reading and writing. In the NAS, I set it up and the connection works locally, but when I tried to set it externally, it rejected that I can't see.
I have CloudLink installed and set up (I also use phone apps with LTE, working).
I gave WebDAV permissions and activated for folders.
The application I use to connect is RaiDrive, it has QNAP options. In it, it rejects when I try to connect outside my network, as the wait time is too long and to check the data is correct. I also checked NetDrive3 (trial) effect the same. Locally I can, but not externally.
Has anyone had a similar problem or knows what could be the reason?
