Unable to manually configure DDNS IP address.

Our DDNS was originally set to automatically obtained an IP address.
We changed this as follows...
Under My DDNS I selected 'Click here to manually configure your DDNS IP address' and then I assigned our static IP address which changed it fine but now I wish to revert back to obtaining an IP address automatically.
I selected this option 'Obtain an IP address automatically' and clicked 'Apply' but the Static Address remains in situ.
I've tried several things to try and change this but makes a difference whatsoever.
Advice would be very much appreciated!
