I am having an issue that web access from WAN on my NAS TS-653B stops working after 1-2 days. I have to reboot the NAS and then it starts working again for 1-2 days. I have done the port forwarding correctly and Cloudlink status appears normal. But web access from WAN does not work without restarting. However, access from to Web interface from LAN does work at all times. This issue started from last 2 firmwares. BTW I am on latest firmware already 4.4.1.1216
Please help.
I really need web access and really don't care if hacked or not. Have entire backup done weekly offline. So far I have not been hacked or noticed abnormal activity since past 7 years of so of using Qnap and web access.

I'm having trouble as well with a client's TS-869 Pro - keeps saying "Connection status Abnormal":
Not too much of a hassle for me as I've got remote access to a PC on their network and can access it from there.

Seems to have sorted itself out. Probably cloud problem.
