Cannot delete myqnapcloud ID

I want to change the email address associated with my qnapcloud ID. But when I go into my profile, under security, and delete account, I perform the 2 factor authenticaion, but the confirm button is greyed out and I can't click it. Using a different browser doesn't help, I've tried both Chrome and Firefox.
