Migration-Problem with Cloud Key

Hi,
I have already migrated my TS 231P to an TS 332X putting the two original drives together with a new third one in the new case. Everything worked pretty fine: all old settings are still in place, I find my NAS with the old name in my network and I was able to build a RAID 5 ...etc.
Only MyQnapCloud is problematic: I thought, I had to delete the old NAS and so did I. To connect to my new one, I was sent to my QTS-NAS-desktop by the website to start the app "myqnapcloud". While launching the app immediatly displays an error message: "First save your Cloud Key!" But there is NO possibility, to insert it anywhere ...? So the cloud-website sends me to my desktop-app and the app wants a Cloud Key I have (though its written on the case) but cannot insert anywhere????
What can I do?
