Chrome not working, Safari is

Many of my employees are reporting that they cannot access our server via Cloudlink ( with Chrome. Device not found. Yet, they can find and log in with Safari with no problem. That'd be fine except they can't upload to the server through Safari - that's evidently a Chrome-only feature. Any ideas?

best thing would be to open a ticket with qnap, only they control the cloudlink website and can fix compatibility issues
