QNAP web connectivity fail

Post by cooev769 » Fri Aug 14, 2020 10:42 am

Hey there,

I have looked at other threads but I couldn't figure out if they were relevant to my issue.

I am trying to port forward my qnap and it is not working. I note that in myqnapcloud app everything is a green tick, except for the web connectivity which has a red X next to it. I cannot figure out why though.....

When i run the diagnostics on the auto router configuration page i get the following, any help would be greatly appreciated:

------ NAT PMP Diagnostics ------
initnatpmp() returned 0 (SUCCESS)
