I recently reset the settings of my QNAP TVS-872XT NAS. in the course of this settings reset, I received a message that my NAS was no longer registered and that I would need to re-register it. I used Qfinder Pro to log in to the web interface for my NAS, went to Help Desk, and tried to follow the Start procedure for registering my NAS. When I click on Start in the wizard and enter m email address and password, I get the message: "The cloud server cannot be connected. Please check your internet connection and try again. Errorr code: - 11."
My internet connection is fine. Can anyone help me figure out how to re-register my NAS?
