Evening,
I have correctly created myQNAPCloud account since a few years. I haven't used it since, online I access coretly.
My NAS, however, does not log in, returning password and user error. It is not possible...
The NAS was already registered but I don't see it anymore.
Any ideas?

unless it's cloudlink ...do not expose your nas to the web ...malware is out there

Do you need to access you NAS using MyQnapCloud or MyQnapCloud Link which are different in how they function?
