Until last week I was able to access our company NAS from my homeoffice. After the last firmware update it is still possible to access the NAS via myqnapcloud service. Qsync is able to log into the NAS as well but the user or password is denied. Using the web interface of myqnapcloud I can log in with these user data.
I have tried nearly everything. Reinstall Qsync on my PC and NAS, rebooting several times. New user setup. No success.
Does anybody have a clue or similar issues since last week? Heeeelp!

Another topic about that, see viewtopic.php?f=15&t=153401 No solution yet besides downgrading firmware apparently.

Re: Qsync denies user access (since last firmware update)
SOLUTION:
Don't upgrade your firmware if you reley on QSYNC!
If you did, just downgrade your NAS to the last known working firmware. This seems to be the only solution right now.
