QNAPCloud disconnects frequently and no device found

Post by rizwanmmh »

I have setup a QNAP NAS for remote access through qnapcloud. I can easily work on the files on that device. But, after a couple of minutes, it disconnects and shows following page. After that I cannot enter my NAS through internet for a long time!! How to solve and what settings should I change?

what speed is your internet up/down, have you optimised MTU for your ISP provider? what DNS are you using on your NAS?

Speed is 20 Mbps. Do not know about MTU, will ask the ISP on next working day. And DNS is the one provided by ISP.
