Access Issue

I have 2 NAS with myqnadcloud (NAS1 & NAS 2) at same network & same mynapcloud account. When I try to use the myqnapcloud service to access to filestation that get some issue.

when i try to use https://NAS1.mynapcloud.com:8080/filestation to access NAS1. It will auto connect to NAS2.

if i use https://file.qlink.to/NAS1 to access NAS1. It will correct to access.

why i get this issue? how to fix it?

Never directly port forward from your NAS to WAN (manually or upnp) .. many have lost their files to ransomware recently

So either only use qlink or use a vpn (server on router or dedicated appliance..no that will not cost anything)
