TS-1277 Problem Speed - Server files move and read

Hi there,

I am in a office with CAD (architecture).
We have the QNAP - TS-1277 Server (AFP).

We use macOS (Monterey) and my mac is up to date (for CAD).
Problem is when i have files on the server (on Finder; macOS) > On the server structure I make a new folder and want then move old files in this new folder (ex. pictures, PDF, Word, Excel-Files, etc.)
I can move all, BUT, when I want open this moved files in the new folder, I CAN'T OPEN this files !!!!

What I always must do, to Apple Menu (Right away Finder, and restart new Finder)... thats bulls*****

PS (1): Other server problem is, when I saved a server folder directly to open it works... but when i go to the front of Finder an go to our server, I'm waiting x- seconds......
What can be the problem, that I can't open moved files right away???....and slow server ?????

PS (2): Is the maybe a german support Tel. Number or so? I can't find anything..... Of this, this forum entry

There is at least a German user forum too.
Afaik QNAP support can only reached by web site.
Anyhow: you post this issue in myQNAPcloud service, so how do you access to your NAS?
Are you talking from a remote connection using myqnapcloud/myqnapcloudlink?
