Any outgoing connection restriction on the firewall for the NAS or a proxy in the communication path to the Internet?

I got this, contacted support and got the following response...
myQNAPcloud Cloudlink is not ready to support yet, so you can ignore this message.
this function will be ready in 4.1 official release.
