Hi,
I'm having trouble setting up my NAS with myqnapcloud.com
I believe the NAS and myqnapcloud are configured correctly and the connection problem is caused by my router configuration.
I have a couple of router setting questions:
1. Should 'WAN Blocking' be disabled?
2. Should 'Ipsec PassThrough' be enabled?
3. Should 'PPTP PassThrough' be enabled?
I have 'Multicast Enable' enabled.
I have 'UPnP Enable' enabled.
My Modem is a Motorola SURFboard SBG6580.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Router Configuration - Question
Tell us more - what troubles, what does fail, what services you try to use, ... before re-inventing the wheel.
Some ISP (popular in North America) are blocking standard pots to provide services for example, attempting to sell business service contracts on top for example.
For making use of the myQNAPcloud Automatic Router Configuration, UPnP must be enabled on the router.

Re: Router Configuration - Question
Don't you have a manual for your modem/router?
Perhaps somebody here is familiar with your modem, but this is still a QNAP-related forum.
Good luck anyway.
