No. Contact QNAP support.
I'm gone from this forum till QNAP stop wasting volunteers' time. Get help from QNAP helpdesk instead.

I got this too, contacted support as suggested and got the following response...
myQNAPcloud Cloudlink is not ready to support yet, so you can ignore this message.
this function will be ready in 4.1 official release.
