I have a D-link router 868L and QNAP 269L.
Inside my home network everything works great but outside is **.
I can connect to mycloud, can se everything.
I have installed PLEX but just get error from Chrome, copps, cannot connect xxxxx.myqnapcloud.com:32400
When I am trying to Multimedia Station outside on the web it starts and I can se my folders with my movies etc.
When I start a movie the player starts and nothing happens.
Looking and reading but can´t find anything that helps my.
So tired to spend this much time to find a solution so that I can se a movie from my QNAP NAS when I am at a hotelroom.
Hope there is someone that can help me.

Check your Port Forwarding in your D-Link DIR-868L to ensure that Port 32400/TCP is forwarded.kagan wrote:I have a D-link router 868L and QNAP 269L.

BTW: Publishing your FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) to a Community Forum is a very very bad idea. I'd recommend you edit your original message to obscure this information, as I did above. (You are asking to be Hacked/Spammed by publishing it).

Re: D-Link 868L and QNAP 269L
If PLEX is bound to the (appropriate) LAN interface holding the default gateway on port 32400/TCP, the port forwarding is in place, and any firewall rules applied if required - the port must be reachable. At least if the hotel (or the like) Internet network does not prohibit making use of high ports for example.
