myQNAPcloud Connect question

Hi,

I am trying out the myQNAPcloud service. I installed OpenVPN and I got that working on 1 PC. Accessing my NAS, through the internet, also works from that PC. To simulate a remote user, I installed the myQNAPcloud Connect software on a 2nd PC. But I can't connect with it; What Username and Password do I have to provide:

• When setting up the VPN Connection
• When establishing a connection

I would like to test a user who only has access to published NAS Services (not private).
