Hello,
I have several QNAP devices in my QNAP cloud however one of the devices is showing the incorrect model?
It is a TS-269L but only showing as a TS-269 any ideas why?

Must be a mistake - my TS-269L shows up as TS-269L myQNAPcloud.com Device details. Would you mind to share the device name and the QID myQNAPcloud.com e-mail username by PM (private message) with me?
