Hello,
QNAP TS-420
Firmware Version 4.0.7
1 - 3TB WD RED NAS HD
I have been trying to access my cloud remotely through myqnapcloud from outside of my network. I am able to find my nas and all published services. When I try and open any of the services it directs me to select an access mode. I am provided with 3 recommended https and 3 http links. I have tried all 6 and I receive an error message that the webpage is not available. Note: I have been able to access mycloud remotely only through my Samsung Galaxy S3 w/ Qfile App. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
Thank You

Re: QNAP Remote Access not functioning
Check your Port Forwarding on your Router. You can do so using the: CanYouSeeMe.org - Open Port Check Tool. At the very least check ports 80, 443, 8080, and 8081 using that tool.RYN2BIGG wrote:Hello,
