VM Station Space Issue

Virtualization Station is reporting different space usage than that of the Windows VM. Virtualization Station is saying i have 253GB / 378GB left, while Windows VM is saying 265 GB free of 349 GB (84 / 349) (i capped Windows VM to 350GB total). Anyway point being i checked in the VM folder i made and apparently yes it's 201GB for the VM file ending in random numbers, and 52GB for the .img file (i assume it's the snapshot made). I don't know how to clean the space that is being taken up or what it's even being taken up by since the Windows VM is telling me something different... I take it recycle bin in the Windows VM caused some issue when i deleted huge files and apparently they're still leftover somewhere (and VM station didn't remove them). Otherwise i'm at a total loss.
