QNAP Model, QTS Version & Build, VS version & Build? Have you opened a QNAP Helpdesk request? Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling VS?

Re: Proxy Error
Suddenly I have the same problem with Virtualization Station 3.0.2819. I opened a ticket, since there is no info on the forums how to solve this. I tried reboot, reinstall VS 3. Re: Proxy Error
You need to add the IP address or name of your qnap device to the list of proxy exceptions.

Re: Proxy Error
Looks like a problem with stale session data that QNAP persist in cookies.
Clear your cookies for your NAS's IP/hostname and you should be good again.
Easy to test this with an incognito browser instance that won't carry over the old cookies.
