I used a generic Bluetooth USB adapter:

EkoBuyImage Bluetooth 4.0 USB Dongle Adapter for PC with Gold Plated USB, Bluetooth Transmitter and Receiver For Windows 10/8.1/8 / 7 / Vista - Plug and Play on Windows 10 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01D3Q0228/ ... kCb6YDBAT7

Works well so far for Win 10 VM, headphones (Bose QC35) and speaker (Bose Soundlink Mini) with no delay

Hi there all,.
Good news for us :-)

I just installed the Windows 8.1 (64bit) from ISO
and... THE AUDIO SYNC IT'S WORK !!!
:-)

After win8.1 installation I have installed the nvidia driver (last one for win8.1)
After I installed VLC in prder to play movies... it's work.
Then I installed the K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1460_Mega with windows media playes classic... it's work
Then I installed Megamix-LAVFilters-0.73.1-x64 (included PotPlayer)... it's work.

So just try to install the Win8.1 OS and maybe confirm that the audio synchronization it's work :-)

I just buy a 1050ti and I have the audio from the HDMI interface.
You just go to the compatibility list on the Qnap site and see there witch card is compatible.

Sorry but i don't understand "slove" also google translate don't translate it :-(
I have audio drive in my control panel... but is the audio device from the 1050 card... cause you'll connect it via HDMI
In fact the name in the control panel will be "Nvidia Virtual Audio Device"
