Hi All QNAP support and users,
Couple of questions before i go in the rabbit hole.
I am planning to use VS in QNAP TS-977XU-RP-64gb (NoSSD) for a small 20 user office. I will run 4 to 5 vms with 2012R2 with just basic file management, printer, QuickBooks server and small ms access application for 2 users. I also plan to run local vm backup to same box and then send it off to external NAS or QNAP cloud.
Is qnap reliable to run small production environment I mentioned?
Have you encountered any issue? Any comment, suggestion will be highly appreciated?
Company is small and don't want to spend too too much money on mainstream servers.

Not on it's own due to Qnap RMA policy of RTB.
Fine if you also purchase breakfix onsite support contract (plenty of third-party companies offer).
Consider having a mix of SSDs and HDDs and run the VMs on SSD.
